Coated Fabrics
Coated fabrics are woven, knitted or non-woven cloth with a specialized coating that is applied to the surface of the material, or saturated into the material’s bulk.
Coating is done using a polymer or blend of polymers that imparts properties, such as resistance to weather, water, liquid, mildew, sunlight, hydrocarbons, H2S etc.
End application of the product is the determining factor in deciding the polymer, strength, durability, lifespan, scrim etc.

MADE-UPS / FABRICATED PRODUCT
Fabrication or Coated fabric welding is a process that forms strong, hermetic material bonds between two or more surfaces of coated fabrics using hot air, wedge welding or radio frequency electrical current, which scrambles the material molecules for a short period before rearranging them and fusing them together to form a non-separable bond. The seal that forms is watertight, airtight, resistant to tears, and helps ensure the product holds up through years of use. SRS uses most of the welding technologies focused on end application desired results and delivers a global standard made up product. Made ups also include cut, seven & welded together to appropriately fit the end application We offer customized solution based on the end application supported with design & drawing.
